The rough and stiff black ribbon of synthetic material and the twisted thick yarn of the woven design are typical features of a whole range of woven German WW2 insignia produced and marketed from the late ‘70s to the early ‘80s. This included NSKK eagles, Italian SS eagles, volunteer shields and so on. I first came across these phonies in States some 40 years ago but they were being offered them from Holland, France and Belgium as well. There was a time I had a couple of these U-Boot “BEVo” fakes. Oddly this generation of repros seem to be unknown to some collectors, evene though it has known, unmistakable and peculiar details. Of course, the awards should be inspected in the flesh and tested but , as far as I can see , I don’t like this at all.
BTW, let's notice that the Kriegsmarine cloth badges shown here are of machine-embroidered quality and a woven variation definitely deviates from the practice.
