It appears this spurious group was once for sale on Kelly Hicks' site.

    Perhaps Kelly can enlighten us?

Who is Kelly Hicks, and why is he peddling this load of bollocks? Obviously he has no concept of what is fake and what is real.

          Joe, what's going on?

Are you selling here for Hicks or did you buy all this stuff from him?

The seller visited WAF yesterday. So, he must be aware of what's going on. He needs to explain himself ASAP.

I've seen quite a few genuine vet bringback souvenirs over the years, but I've never seen a vet get a German-style jewelry case specially made for his souvenirs from a "dead German." Why would an American or a British junior officer do this? It doesn't make sense.

There are a lot of these made up sets Incased in old necklace or cutlery boxes on eBay. It’s odd but these guys think that by adding an old pocket watch it legitimizes everything . It’s like a new currency like bit coin or gold ! Rob

The Imperial collector demographic is certainly smaller than TR, which makes me surprised to find this on WAF. I too have seen these on ebay, but I find it quite bold to post it on the e-stand here, where our demographic would be able to pick it out immediately. Shame.

Joe32a is probably an alias for Kelly Hicks. Many people on here seem to have multiple avatars.
