Subject: Response
I find more of your sniveling after my return from a European vacation.
I am not going to make a public response to you but I am preparing an article on that fake "SS Brocade belt your crime partner, Gottlieb the Poison Dwarf is selling for you for $5,000.
I am also calling it a Reddick Militaria fake and am showing nice pictures of it along with your offer of a genuine Certificate of Authenticity. and illustrations from Reddick's dealer's catalog.
The item you and your partner in crime are selling as genuine for $5,000 with a COA, sells to dealers like yourself for $17.70.
I assume you will split the money with Craig so I am publishing this so the buyer, if some was stupid enough to buy it, will have something to show to the US Postal authorities.
I will send you copies of dealer's catalogs featuring fake buckles to your Canadian home address.
I wonder, do you stamp your fakes with RODO and Godet markings yourself or do you get someone to do it for you?
Do look for much more valuable publicity from me about you and the other imbeciles that make up the WAF membership.
And much, much more on fake buckles.
Remember, Jesus loves you but the rest of us think you are a stupid anus."
Enjoy reading !!Jean Pierre Redeuilh

The Military Advisor issue with my article against Thayer (and whatever insanity ADR can come up with) is now available from Bender, at least it is what he just wrote me. Whoever has a subscription will receive a copy but if you need just one issue with that article you can order it directly using this email: rbender@bender-publishing.com
Let's show we care about buckles, let's show that someone collecting buckles cares as much as someone collecting helmets or daggers! It is not because we are collecting buckles we need to be fu$&@d by stupid idiots because buckles are cheaper than some other things! Money does not dictate what we like.Jean Pierre Redeuilh

Dealing with idiots is just that: useless! This is the latest email I received today from our beloved Mr. A.D.Royster since now there is nothing more he could do to stop me from writing facts. Pay also attention to the included message from Thayer and how this guy continues to live in his own world!!! Dreaming awake and verifying nothing, his mind is just still of bulls@4t. Where the heck did he get this story about my "French" mother in 1943? Is it my article? My mother was Italian and she was 5 in 1943, buddy!

To Frank Thayer Today at 4:42 PM
Frank: We are dealing here with a Maerz type who wants to be lauded as a serious belt buckle expert, both for ego support and to assist him to sell sleazy fake buckles to suckers.
I intend to go after the fake belt buckle market in some detail soon.
The generic buckles made in England, the US, France, India, and China are all listed on various manufacturer's websites and I have many, many pictures of these.
Interestingly enough, a fake made, say in England, is seen with three or four examples with different maker marks.
Belt buckles are popular because they appeal to the poorer, and stupider, collector, hence the squealing frenzies engendered by your article.
When I get finished with exposing the fakes, you can buy any buckle for ten dollars.
And that "SS officer's brocade belt and buckle" the Hebrew Dwarf is offering for only $5,000 can be bought for less than a hundred from Reddick.
But the Dwarf's set has a real CoA!
I suppose the next collectable will be belt hooks for the uniform. ("This set is a Godet made set. Only $300 and with a CoA!)
The majority of the dealers are sleazy crooks who would steal the pennies off their dead mother's eyes and their customers have the intellect of chickens so they deserve each other.
Just as Hick's customers revel in their "Anzio" or "Normandy" pattern humped-up helmets, so the belt buckle collector treasures his 'Godet' buckles.
Godet never made buckles but what difference does that make to the congenital idiots who flock to the WAF like flies landing on ****?
No doubt Weitze soon will offer a gold-plated helmet 'only for Generals.'

Arthur,
Roger was very quick getting Jean-Pierre's RODO article into the MA. It is in the current issue, but I have not even looked at it. I only know that if he includes his story about a RODO buckle being presented to his French mother by an SS man in 1943 to be a lie. So, I wonder what his documentation is going to be to demean my article.
I don't care one way or another. It is just a spitting match, and the readership can weigh the evidence. We shall see who prevails. After all, he is selling a product, and I am collecting.

Arthur:
Many thanks for the warning a bout the Max show. This does not surprise me at all. No, thanks to your timely warning, my wife and I will for sure not go to the show and I am calling my friends to let them know. The show is full of creeps selling fakes but there are some honest collectors there but not this time. Thanks again.

Just spent a day reading all this stuff. Interesting to say the least.
The conclusion that I have come to after spending this time on both fora, is that this fellow "Arthur Royster" would make a welcome addition on my mantlepiece.
Right next to the urn marked "Fido", my long dead German Shepherd.
Sometimes you just have to let "Arschegeige be Arschegeige"

No news from "overseas" (USA) in relation to Bender Publishing. I haven't got any mail from Roger's assistant since about four weeks.
I take a gloomy views of things and would be surprised when it would be the contrary!

Wow, navigating through this detailed and vivid discussion about Roger James Bender, collecting, and the varying perspectives on authenticity in the community has been quite a journey! While conflicts and disputes often arise in realms of collecting and historical analysis, it’s pivotal to find moments to detach and unwind. Speaking of that, I've found a brief escape in a little game called retro bowl. Sometimes, diving into something straightforward and fun, like a game, can offer a breather from the more intense discussions we encounter in our specific niches of interest. It's an intriguing parallel, how we can immerse ourselves in detailed historical discourse and also enjoy a simplified, retro-style game, both of which carry different shades of nostalgia and reflection. Nevertheless, getting back to the topic, it's vital to honor Bender’s legacy, ensuring the continuous and diligent pursuit of authenticity in the collection realm. How does everyone think the community will evolve in ensuring the veracity of collectibles moving forward?
