Yes, a very nice Panzer crew Wehrpass with a period "Panzerfahrer" (Panzer driver) entry which puts to rest the debate as to whether or not the word was used when referring to soldiers who were trained on and qualified to drive tanks

A Panzerwart is trained in tank maintenance. He will service a tank and keep in operational condition.

Thanks for posting. It is amazing that he stayed so long with one unit and was not even sent back to the replacement depot.
