Triangular Stamp

Can anyone identify the origin of this stamp by country, factory, time period and other items observed with the stamp?

The stamp has been observed on original Waffen SS Trousers but the question is why is it on them and where else has it been seen?

Please post other items with this stamp if possible.

It has been said this may be a Bulgarian stamp. Anybody know more?

Many Years ago I had some triangular Stamps in a Brass Tin from Russian POW Camps. Maybe a Marking for confiscated Stuff?
