    Waffen SS im Westen

    Hi guys,

I started a thread regarding a book I have "Waffen SS im Westen"

    http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...59#post4306159

Because I didn't get no reply in the book section I was hoping to get some more replies here.

    Thanks in advance

    Bob

So far I have only encountered the soft cover version that is between 150-250 Euros when in good condition. The hard cover must be rarer but this one here seems to be missing its dust cover. As usual with books it's a bit hard to say if they will sell quick for a certain price. I think 200-250 Euros could be realistic though.

Another forum had this free for download and it was a great reference tool and I'll leave it at that:-)

I dont know about the book, but I bought the DvD.....

Its the newsreel footage and follows Liebstandarte through the early campaign years...... into Greece etc...despite it only having "in France" on the cover...

The booklet that came with it is the biggest ive seen for a DvD.......60+ pages.

See PIC #3 for the run-down on Waffen SS im Westen.

That's the soft cover variant, which, IMO, is extremely overpriced in that offer the link leads to.

                agree. that price is insane.
........but i suppose, on a popular site.....eventually it will sell...to some chump or some one with deep pockets that doesn't care about price.
                jmho.

p.s. i know, because i too sometimes pay too much for things due to impatience.

Still it is one of the nicest documents on the early SS period .... so until you own a copy yourselfs enjoy the pdf file! Thanks for the link Goodwitch!
Here you'll see another one of the pictures from the same Zschäckel series, didn't make it to the book, but still ... nice nice, enjoy!

                  Best! Seth.

thanks for the replies guys, but I was not asking where to download PDF files etc. I was more interested in a price value for the book cause I want to sell it.

There are nice pictures in the book. I think a price about eur 300 - 350 is realistic.

                      Regards
