I can't tell for sure from these photos about the gorget, but the chain is a replacement.
Can you take some photos without the flash, including closeups of the tang and metal parts of the reverse?

Thanks for the replies Erich / Scott, are these pictures any better. The chain is non magnetic can you please let me know what makes it a replacement.

I think, seeing the last picture with the chain in the upper left corner, that I was too hasty in deeming it a replacement. The original chain is made so that the links are like this - )) )) )) ))
In the initial photos it looked more like dog chain, which doesn't have the doubled design, but I see in the last photo that it is correct. So, based on the extra photos, it looks like an original example with original chain.
