25mm Ceramic OLS - Game piece??

A Finnish collector stopped by my tables this past weekend and showed me a handfull of ceramic items. I did not like most of what I saw and considered the items all to be fake. There were two pieces though that were not quite like the rest. The two items were identical, both being 25mm across, made of ceramic, with a purple facsimile of Oakleaves and Crossed Swords as the motif. The top of this button like item is fire glazed and the entire thing is reminiscent of material used to make porcelain stick grenade pull beads or beer bottle ceramic and wire stoppers.

Anybody know what this is, or if it is real?
