    Thoughts on Signed Flag

I have been offered this flag along with signed money from europe, a german "gravity knife" and an armband among other small items. I'm mainly interested in the items I posted photos of, but not sure of their value??

Can someone help shed some light on this for me? I'm out of my area here.

    Thanks!

    Alex

Alex, Flag looks to be podium banner. I have a similar unsigned, I paid 185.00 on estand. I would say $175-$250 Pete

I agree with Peter on the signed podium banner. It is very similar to the one I have as well. Price sounds about right. As for the book, it depends on the content, etc. As a unit history, it could be worth $40.00 or it might be a $300.00 dollar book, just depends. You need to find someone who collects/deals in these to get a better answer..... Mike

              Thanks Mike-

I'm buying the whole lot with dagger, money armband, some kind of chevron...it is a traceable grouping with certificate of discharge and photos of the combat veteran in Europe.

                Thought on....

Roger that Alex. It sounds like a pretty nice little grouping. The banner is nearly identical to mine sizewise. (To see mine, you can scroll down until you see my thread on "flag research" or something like that.) It appears that a number of the names on yours also have some obsure little towns listed. You might get lucky and connect with some of these vets through long distance information operators.... Best of luck! Mike
