Hello All,
I started collecting zelts in '04 as a means to see and understand the great variety of camouflage patterns the Germans had during the war. For me the zelt is the best platform to understand these patterns, particularly the SS ones, because they are such large pieces of cloth. I would like to share what I've aquired thus far - close to 100. Many of these zelts, plus a large number from other collectors, will be featured in our upcoming book Im co authoring with Werner Palinckx.
The SS Planetree zelts are grouped from 1 to 6 across the front. #3 and 4's are together in one pile.
Splinter zelts in the back, Blurred edge to the right of them and finally Oak A and B's
Hope you enjoy
Thanks
Mark Steacy
