Viva la collaboration! Post your foreign-made German WWII uniforms...

I know they are out there and in my opinion it's a very interesting field of study. Especially German officer's had uniforms tailored in the occupied territories and I would very much like to see what is still out there.

I have seen a lot of tunics tailored in Paris, France & I also know of several Dutch-made examples (NickG just started a thread on Dutch-made headgear in the headgear forum). I know of a Danish Kriegsmarine coat on a dealer's site & a friend once had a Waffenrock tailored in former Czechoslovakia. I recall even seeing a Luftwaffe tunic tailored for a POW in Ireland on Regimentals.

Please dig them out & let the world see your Kriegsmarine uniform tailored in Japan, the SS officer's uniform tailored in Finland or even a pre-war Diplo-tunic made in London.

    Looking forward to your contributions!

    Kurt

Beautiful set...I would enjoy seeing closeups of the overseas cap and uniform insignia if possible. The visor cap is great too, thanks for sharing.

            Marvelous uniforms !

I'd really like to see Finnish made German uniform/s... I've seen Finnish made SS-officers uniform (tailored for a Finnish volunteer) but one made for a German trooper, Heer/KM/LW... anyone??

Excellent topic! I've been collecting Danish made TR uniforms for a few years - here are a couple.

First my pride and joy - a named LW medical Hauptmanns tunic with parade belt and trousers, made in my hometown in a tailor shop that used to be just across the street where I live.

A KM Collani made on the northern tip of Denmark. Among the Danish made uniforms I've come across, KM/CA have been the most numerous.
