    VDA Enamel Badge Opinions....

    Hi all,
    Please take a look at this VDA enamelled badge. Your thoughts?

    Nice deep cobalt blue field (hard to show in the picture)....
    (For some odd reason just cannot get good "crisp" close-ups of enamelled pieces)

      John, a really nice badge. It looks like the one I used to have in my collection. Mine was unmarked also. It's on page 79 in JR Cone's book, pictured, with a brief description.

                  That is a very nice badge - - and a one scarce too - - I have only ever seen one genuine example before in 30+ years collecting. In fact any VDA material is hard to come by over here in England. Thanks for sharing.

                    Helmut Weitze & Kai Winkler both have it for 35 euro plus shipping. It's a nice book to have, shame that it only shows the fronts & not the backs of the badges though.

                          Hi Everybody,

                          Here's my one: looks the same to me. Although, the pin attachment disc to the reverse is slightly larger. It has the placement mark (raised circle) on the reverse too.
