Looks like a good zinc unknown maker to me, condition is a little rough, he probably saw some action.

Hi Alan thanks for the reply , that was my assumption too. Surprisingly enough the award is not that bad in hand, yes their is damage to the wreath and rivits but when you hold the award it is in better condition than some i have seen. And after all action is what these awards are all about. Thanks again for the response. All the best

I can only agree with the others and I would say it´s a FLL judging by the set-up, wreath and eagle.
