Reichsluftfahrtministerium 830 silver tray with Udet and other signatures.. Help!!!

I just returned from a great trip to Berlin. I purchased a few items. This one I fund on a fleamarket.

I am from the look of the patina, quality and the inscriptions personal convinced this is a original item signed by Udet.

It have a Udet signature, but do not know the other 2. Any help and opinions would be great.
