Panzer aufklarung collar tabs

Hi to all,

I would like to show this pair of aufklarung PZ tabs
It come from a very good source,and the ancient owner found
several pairs without skull (he added it later) in the seventies .
In the lot was several HG, stug,PZ tabs,luft boards..

The corded piping is exactly the same as the HG piped tabs known like original and easy to find in the market (I have sold recently a rarer pink piped recently in the E-stand)

The backing is marked EJA, the 2 prongs skull like I have written before are post war added but IMO late war original.

I like skulls as well as tabs. But those tabs are usually cheaper than the standard ones in wool or rayon.

Actually...they are original tabs, but don't be surprised if they get called fakes a lot. They are fairly uncommon, and rarely seen originally applied to uniforms. One key, besides materials, is how the piping is stitched on. I also agree with LS23, they don't bring near the price as other types. Thanks for sharing,
