Construction is totally wrong, stamps and materials as well.
In my opinion is a bad fake, sorry.

They tried to fake create insignia ghosts with diluted bleach, you can see the staining on the front and around the eagle.

Ps: wraps are for advanced collectors so... if you don't have an help from one of it... try to buy one only if provenance it's not only good but at top level.
