strange SS tunic

This photo is for sale on ebay, have any of you notice this odd tunic?
What kind of "jacket" is this? italian maybe?

interesting picture, here some images of my tunic that seams the same showed in this war time picture,just made in gabardine differently by the one showed that is made in wool, probable a model manifactured by a single productor or ss work camp.
