Does anybody have one of the two largest RKF sizes?

I have yet so have the pleasure of seeing a collector photo of either of the two largest RKF sizes. Does anybody have in their collection one of these two larger flags?

On a side note one of my pet peeves is when somebody advertises "HUGE RKF" and it's a 335 x 200 or 250 x 150.

I will NOT PM you to purchase it from you but feel free to say "this isn't mine but here's a photo." But if you offer to sell it to me..... we'll talk.

I do have several large size battleship flags in
my collection, including a WW2 IJN, 1898 SAW
captured Spanish, 1905 Imperial Russian IJN
captured then WW2 GI liberated, 19th Century
Prussian, and including a RKF from the Graf Spee.
All in storage for decades, so no current photos.

My "large" 1898 captured Spanish Battle Flag.

...I would love to see a photo! They all sound wonderful.

Looked through my photo archive and found a circa 1970
side yard view of my Spanish Almirante Oquendo Battle
Flag. Spanish sailors surrendered the flag on shore after
their ship was beached on the south Cuba coast as part
of Battle of Santiago de Cuba, fought between Spain and
the United States on 3 July 1898. One of my larger flags.

WOW! That's a big one. You can get a good perspective by looking at the size of the plants behind it also.

Regarding what to do with massive flags - buy a giant house and hang it of course! Mostly kidding but these massive flags intrigue me as their huge sizes are powerfully imposing and it gives you a sense of the scale of these vessels and the scale of the war even.

My two 500 x 300 are unfortunately in storage but one day I plan to find a room big enough to display at least one in.

Largest I've seen offered recently is a 300x500.
And just received the following email message...
"I have a friend looking to sell a flag his father brought
home from Germany after WWII. The marking on the flag
are "LOH.KR-FL. 300/500" Can you tell me more about this
flag? And would you be interested in it at all. I am told it is
in excellent condition, and I will get photos to you if you are
interested. I'm having trouble trying to find anything on this
giant one." I no longer collect "real" flags, & will forward
on this message source to any interested WAF member.

You can tell that person that he is unlikely to get anywhere NEAR $1200 for a 500 x 300.

I've got a 300x500 but it's too large to display.
However everytime I get it out I got that "whoooow" feeling!
