The first one is probably ok (though I'd hold out for an example in better condition). I'd steer clear of the second.

This class of the design was also used by an old fraternal organization and there's no way to tell which ones are legit Freikorps pieces and which ones are the non-military pieces. That's also why this is one of the most "common" Freikorps awards.
