Two HJ knifes

A friend of mine wants to sell me these two HJ knifes, but this really isn't my cup of tea so I would like some opinions first.

The top one has the inscription Blut und Ehre and is Puma Solingen marked, the spring in the scabberd does not function properly and the knife is very loose in the scabberd.
The other one is completely unmarked.

I would like to know whether these stand a chance or not.

They look good to me . Rather nice condition too . IMO
