Insignias were found in the depot of « COINDEROUX » (french producer of metal insignias) many years ago ...
i have more boards displaying KM, WH, WSS, Political insignias (comments written on boards describing the materials and finish).

Great find Xavier, and the French made angle is VERY interesting! Have you any clue when these display boards were put together and type of metal all the samples are made of? also if you don't mind can we see the WSS board you mention too?

                      Thanks for sharing!

I will post more pics tomorrow.
Regarding this TK, It is written
                          "zinc électro décapé"
                          "3 tiges découpées"

This TK is in zink !

In fact there is no special Board for SS. Each Board displays melting insignia from every branches (km-lw-ss-army etc ...)

Of course three prongs orginal sculls were made from zinc
Look on patina on the skull posted by me on previous thread about three prongs skull. Scull of course is orginal. This scull is also made from zinc.On the alu you never will observe this type patina.
