Maker ID?

Sweat diamond is gone but there's a tell tale of a maker's mark that I'm hoping someone can ID. The cap is a sweet Arty visor. The verbiage on the bottom appears to read: "Burnzlau" or something like that. Above that perhaps "Miloe".

Any guesses or, with luck, detail on the maker?

Another one I have never seen before. It looks like they used an Art-Deco font, somewhat of a rarity during the TR. I would love to see one with the shield intact.
