1st class Ostvolker medal mm 65

Hello guys what do you think about originality of that badge? Never seen such mm 65. What is that original badge with fake mm?

I can't speak for originality, but any marked Ostvolker medals I have ever seen have been makermarked 100.

I can't speak for orginality either but the "65" is much more stylized than what you find on EK's and Wound Badges by this maker. Mind you, I truly know nothing of this medal only of the afore mentioned.

This may be a post war badge. The clasp does not look like those of the originals that I have seen, the "dimple" on the reverse is smaller than on pre-1945 specimens and the rosette on the obverse is smaller inside the first circle than the other examples that I have examined. Like Ken, the only MM ones I have seen have been marked 100 and this was on the underside of the pin. I also agree with Chet that the 65 looks much more stylized than would have been used pre 1945. Could this be a 1957 version of this award?
