Eagle and collar tab for review

I'm posting these two items for a friend. The eagle in particular doesn't look promising to me, but I'm not an expert on these so your help is welcome.

Eagle looks fine to me, just a very late type.

You maybe correct, giving it a second look, there do seem to be very large gaps between the details on the eagle. I'm not so sure it either, now.

I have to agree, eagle and tab are copies!

I think the tab just might be okay ....
I don't see anything that really gives me cause for concern ....
