Just got this out of a vets estate here in the UK. I believe from the setup that these have been linked to the so called 'flatback' maker. I have seen a few aux cruisers from this unknown maker but I think only maybe one 1st pattern E-boat.
The badge is zinc which has been completely silver plated prior to the end finish being applied. The previous ownr has polished this one so its down to the plated finish although traces of gold on the insides of the wreath are visible. Interestingly the pin is spiralled as found on some FO and deumer badges. Hope you like!
