Hi Guys I got this bayonet a few days ago...unfortunately the scabbard is missing otherwise it would have bean a real killer Nicest bayonet I have ever had. It is marked 42 crs ( Paul Weyersberg )

Nice bayonet, but its postwar blueing and it was equiped with overhauled flashguard, what is stamped on the press tsud? Thanks,Andy

The crosshatch pattern on flashguard You could not find on origin german production. It was examined on postwar reworks. best regards,Andy
the blueing is too dark black in color. What is stamped on press stud?

Also in 1942 the germans were still using the black bakelite. the bakelite present is 1943 or early 44.
