    Berlin 2006

    Friends,

    Just back from my first vist to Berlin, and thought I would share some photo's with you.

    I have scaled them down to fit on the forum!

    First up is the location of Hitlers bunker and New Reich Chancellery.

    The bunker was situated roughly where the carpark is today and the block of flats that you can see in the background now stand on the location of the Reich Chancellery.

                  The next set are of the Soviet war memorial.

                  The pictures here do this memorial no justice, the visit here turned out to be one of my highlights of visiting Berlin.
