Identification of a decoration

Could somebody identify this decoration (that of the right-hand side obviously) ? It is probably about a decoration of the DRK or a similar branch. Beforehand thank you.

You have a very nice example of the early Deutsche Bergwacht badge in use. The lettering on the top is "RETTUNGSDIENST" and on the bottom is "DER DEUTSCH. BERGWACHT". The cross is green surmounted by a red oval with gold BW.

Hello,

Thank you for your fast identification Joe. I had centred my researches on the DRK or the groups of Samaritan but I had not thought of the Deutsche Bergwacht. This particular decoration was not the reason of the purchase of this photography. I was interested in an another decoration worn in the top of the left sleeve of this happy married
