I'm a beginner looking for help determining if this is real or fake.

This should be in gold for members of the Praesidium and Honourary Members. Worn on a swivel pin.

This should be in silver for Sponsoring Members, this one is. Also a swivel pin.

More detailed pic of front would be great, better light, details...

I just realized that there is one of these up on ebay right now. The detail difference bewteen the one on abay and this one is very noticiable. That of course doesn't mean this one's real!!

If you are a beginner, get the hell away from ebay.

Also, you might want to focus your energies to more 'entry level' badges and awards, instead of Aeronautical Research and 20 July wound badges.

I am sorry to say this piece is a copy. There are a number of things wrong with the reverse. This badge has been covered before and I am sure the link will be there.
