Early SS VT sleeve eagle question

Early SS VT sleeve eagle question:

    Example:
    http://gothicline.wordpress.com/gallery/ss-vt-eag-1/

Could such an eagle have been carried over on an early M40 Waffen SS tunic?
or only seen on early (M37 ) tunics like SS-VT uniforms ?

Any photos of such eagles on later war time uniforms, like the M36 or even
    as late as M40 types?

Here a text book application on old pre war LAH M37 woolen uniforms...
so what about the likelyhood these early eagles being used on (Army) M36 or even as late an M40 tunics?

Any photographic proof of later applications?

Thanks Steve, yes its skinner and wing tips curve is different. BahnSchutz eagles are gray backed but supposedly also black backed causing some confusion with first type SS birds. Bahnschutz with the wing tips sloping upwards...
However according to Angolia's book some of these early birds in the VT also show that trait and had their heads actually facing both directions, left facing more common adding to the confusion...
Right facing actually sometimes called the early LAH version which the period picture in post 1 showed...Who knows...

Here's a gray backed Bahnschutz eagle even being advertised as SS...

        So plenty of confusion...
Anyway still curious if first pattern eagles were seen on later tunics...
