Help with Prien and Luth signed pics

Hi guys, I am about to purchase two signed pics, one by Gunther Prien and the other by Wolfgang Luth. Before I put down my hard-earned cash, I would be truly greatful if you could give me an opinion as to wether the signatures are OK.
