It's been a long time coming but at last I've got my hands on one of these. I know how hard they are to get especially with a case. According to Stephen Wolfe this one will be pictured in Adrian Forman's new book due out in late July.
An exceptional piece IMO. Only 315 awarded.

Thank you, Andrew. The rarity of this case cannot be overstated. I have never had the opportunity to own one and it is one of those rare treasures that is always a pleasure to see. Sadly, one sees them so rarely.
