Please have a look at this thread, it will bring you up to speed with where the collecting community is at when it comes to this type of black M43;

Basically to date, there is no photographic evidence of a black HG M43 with a separate eagle and padded cockade being worn. It appears at this stage that no collector in the world has a beyond doubt black panzer HG M43 directly from a veteran source.
Keep in mind however, many photos of the HG division from 1944 & 45 are lost or have not yet surfaced. Most of the HG panzer division surrendered to the Russians in 1945 including the majority of HG panzerwaffe who were wearing the black panzer uniform. The HG replacement and training unit surrenderd to the British in Holland in 1945. Some of the replacement and training troops were wearing black panzer wraps & caps but not many.
There is much that we do not known and I like the look of your cap especially the way that the badges are zig-zag machine stitched on, but who knows for sure ???

Same type of lining material in a 1944 dated WH black panzer M43 with faint RB number compared to your lining. This type of linen lining was used in 1944 and increasingly into 1945.
Could you please post a close up of the weave of the cloth & size stamp,

The only mark is a size 57 and would be correct in terms of being correctly sized for the cap. I might see a very faint "44" as well, but nothing else
