    help identifying heer buckle maker

I had listed this on the estand but when I picked it up today I saw a mark under the belt prong attachment. I can't make it out but it looks like 65. (X) & (X) with the unknown letters being in gothic style. Any clues?

        Brian -

If the letters look like G.K.& F. between a stylized pillar on the left and a stylized ramp on the right, it's the hallmark for Gebruder Kugel & Fink, Ludenscheid.

Christian (Wickie) IDed my buckle with the same hallmark. In addition to buckles, this firm also made cutlery and buttons.

        Regards,

        Gary

          Thanks,
I thought what looked like 65 could be a gothic G. I think that is it
