    Dear All,

    Please find attached the FJ Badge I recently purchased (Thanks Marc)

    As you can see it is repiared/reinforced at the back.

    Now is my question due tot he fact that these and other badges were worned during combat if this is a common practise?
    Or did soldiers have a "spare" copy?

    Ps this Para badge is this a midwar copy?

    Hi Rene,

    Looks like a good, but repaired GWL Para, quiet rare and worth keeping until you find one in a better condition of course.

    Para badges are one of my favourites,Heres mine for comparison.

        I needed a long time till I found this one, bunt metal eagle on zinc wreath.

        You are probably better off posting badges on the badges Forum, that way you will, more than likely, get more responses.
