not very rare, but sold at a crazy price, i have another 5 examples in my file.
for Juncker early product, i think Juncker very initial version DKiG is a real rarity! (9 notches under the dateshild)!!

I would say not the rarest of heer badges but still quite rare one. And of course greatly overpriced.
