These scans are not really good . But from what I can see, is the EK2 document stamped by the 15. Panzergrenadierdivision?
And why was it made out to an Obergefreiten in Oktober 44 when he was promoted to that rank in January 1945? Better scans would be interesting.

I wonder if the Radfahr Batl. 16 was not part of the 16. Infanterie Division (later VGD), instead of 16. Felddiv. Indeed, some parts of the 16. FD have been sent to 16. ID just after sommer 44. In october 44, the 16. FD didn't exist anymore.
And the question of Jochen1000 is good : why such difference of date between the award and the Sb.
