It's based on the Wagner eagle but there's too much metal around the shoulders and the bogus markings are a dead giveaway.

These are by far, the most attractive fake eagles of all, IMO. They are wonderful for reenacters and such, but as was mentioned, they are known repros and are not hard to spot because of their unique characteristics. They usually fetch a decent price due to their high quality, (like $50.00 to $100.00).
