I think it is one of the two most common types Gordon pointed out in the past. I can see no problems.

I think they are the same. You have a very nice piece there, probably Juncker. The styling of the eagle on this type of Second Class is very very similar to the equivalent First Class we are fairly sure came from Juncker.
