    800/4 closeups of arms

In doing the 57s as the others the only think I was trying too demonstrate that the extent of bead involvement based on how much was covered rather than prominance or angle. Now with my camera it is almost impossible too do as close you with yours but I will try. Here goes.....Jimmy

                        Hello

Many thanks for these. Now we need others that have 800/4s and 935/4s to post close in shots of the arms, and the cores as well. Then some meaningful comparison can be done, and perhaps establish if the 800/4 comes before or after the 935/4. I'm going to see if there are any decent shots of others in old threads and see what montage I can put together. I'll get back to you on this tomorrow or Monday.

                        Regards
                        David

Roger David..Thanks for correcting my post on the 57. It seems the flaw had stabilized by then anyway.....Kindest Regards...Jimmy

Here is one more clear shot of mine. The reflection off the brilliantly polished frame makes it tough too shoot.....Best Jimmy

Here is the lower ingoing side of the 3 o'clock arm - close to the knee area. Please look at the area I line out in the box. Clearly a defect in the die and clearly covered by the frosting.

The picture is from a 800-4.

Same area of a 935-4. The two 'dent' are clearly more defined and therefore earlier IMHO.
